Potato casserole with sausages
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you'd like to do more than just boil sausages and make something unusual, then my recipe is for you. Just add a couple of potatoes, cheese, and sour cream, and you'll have a hot main dish ready. It's quick to prepare, although you do need to boil the potatoes. Let's get started. Serve hot.

First, peel and boil the potatoes. Then cut them into pieces of any size.

Finely chop the onion. Slice the sausage into rounds.

Now let's assemble our casserole. Place the potatoes into the baking dish, then add the sausages, and finally the onions.

Prepare the topping. Beat the eggs with a fork together with sour cream and mayonnaise. Pour the resulting mixture over the future casserole.
