Potato casserole with cabbage in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare potato casserole with just about anything: meat or fish, vegetables, mushrooms, or canned goods. Potato casserole with cabbage is an excellent fasting dish, though you can make it any time, not just during fasting periods. For my oven-baked potato casserole with cabbage, I also add a few mushrooms (common button mushrooms) for extra flavor. Overall, the recipe is simple. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
