Potato casserole with turkey
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When ready, the casserole resembles a pie—a base made of potato mixture and a filling of turkey fillet. Add sour cream for juiciness, and use egg and flour as binding ingredients. By the way, you can replace turkey with chicken, and add fresh herbs to the potato mixture. Give it a try—it will be delicious. Serve hot.
