
Potato casserole with mushrooms in a multicooker

Wash and peel the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until cooked, then mash into a puree.

Boil the mushrooms for a few minutes in salted water. Then finely chop them and add minced onion. Sauté the onion with the boletus mushrooms in oil in a pan, stirring, until soft.
