
Potato casserole with minced meat for children
Description

Wash the potatoes well and place them in a pot without peeling. Cover with water and boil until cooked, about 30 minutes. Once the potatoes have cooled, peel them.

Finely chop the onion, and peel and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the minced meat, onion, and carrot, and sauté. Add a little salt to the meat mixture. Then add the egg and cream to the mixture, and quickly stir.

Slice the potatoes into rounds and place a layer on the bottom of a greased baking dish. Put the meat filling on top of the potatoes. Cover the meat with a second layer of potatoes, then arrange thin tomato slices on top. Pour the milk and grated cheese sauce over the casserole.
