
Potato casserole with minced meat without cheese
Description
Homemade baked dish for tea. Potato casserole with meat filling without cheese is a very simple, yet tasty and filling dish. You can use minced meat of any kind (to your taste) for its preparation. You may optionally add herbs or spices to the casserole. Serve the potato casserole with meat filling without cheese warm, sprinkled with herbs, with sour cream or your favorite sauce. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Prepare mashed potatoes in the usual way. Grease a baking dish with butter and spread half of the mashed potatoes evenly on the bottom.

2. Slice the onion and sauté it in heated oil until golden brown. Add the ground meat, and simmer together for about 5 minutes. Spread the cooked meat and onion mixture over the mashed potato layer in the baking dish.

3. Next, evenly spread the remaining potatoes over the minced meat. Brush the surface of the casserole with sour cream.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until a golden crust forms. Let the finished meat-filled potato casserole without cheese cool down to a warm state, then cut it into portion pieces. Remove it from the baking dish first (otherwise it may fall apart when slicing).
