Potato casserole made from grated potatoes
Description
Potatoes can be used to make a great variety of dishes, but one of the most popular has always been casserole. It's easy and quick to prepare, without much fuss, and always turns out delicious. I'd like to share one of my favorite casserole recipes. It requires minimal ingredients, although you can make it more elaborate by adding a middle layer of mushrooms or ground meat. Enjoy! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
