Potato casserole for children

Step 1
Thaw the minced meat and mix it with finely chopped onion. Wash and peel the potatoes.

Boil the potatoes in salted water. Then mash them into purée, gradually adding some of the potato cooking water. Sauté the ground meat in oil in a frying pan.

Grease the baking dish with oil. Place half of the mashed potatoes as the bottom layer. Add the meat filling as the second layer. Finish with the second layer of mashed potatoes.

Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the casserole.

Bake the dish at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
