Potato pancake
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I recommend cooking this potato pancake immediately over low heat and covered. It's better to spend more time this way, so it won't turn out as browned as mine. So don't rush. If you prefer it browner, try baking it in the oven. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Grate the potatoes on a grater or process them in a blender into a puree—the method doesn't particularly matter here. Add eggs, spices, and finely chopped onion. Mix until smooth.

Step 2

2. If the mixture seems not to hold together well enough, you can add one more egg. Place the mixture onto a greased skillet and thoroughly cook the dish for 8–10 minutes on each side. If it appears to be burning, reduce the heat. Cook the dish covered.

Step 3

3. And that's it! The flatbread is ready!
