Potato lasagna
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The recipe for potato lasagna is simple. Instead of ham, you can use roast pork, or any other type of cured or cooked meat. You can also make lasagna with salami. Before cooking, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. While the oven is heating, prepare the ingredients step by step: 1. Slice the potatoes into rounds. 2. Finely chop the ham. 3. Grease an ovenproof dish with vegetable oil. Layer the ingredients in the following order: half of the potatoes, chopped ham, the remaining half of the potatoes. Add salt and pepper to each layer. 4. Mix sour cream and milk. Heat over low heat. 5. Pour the mixture over the layered ingredients in the dish. 6. Cover the dish with foil. By this time, the oven should be preheated, so place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. 7. Remove the dish, take off the foil, and sprinkle with grated cheese. 8. Return the dish to the oven for another 20 minutes. The potato lasagna is ready. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then serve. The finished dish can be served at the table.
