Potato sausage
Description
Potato sausage is a very delicious dish I first tried in Bavaria. Because of the heat, I didn't feel like eating meat, and then I noticed potato sausage on the menu. After returning home, I scoured the entire internet and found this simple recipe for potato sausage, although it was in German. I translated it and immediately tried cooking it. The result was an amazing dish. I know something similar is also prepared in other neighboring countries—Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Belarus. I highly recommend giving it a try! Serve potato sausage with light beer—true to the best German traditions :)
