
Potato babka in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Potato babka cooked in a multicooker turns out very juicy, tasty, and healthy. Serve it hot, right after cooking, with sour cream and fresh herbs. Serve hot.

1. Peel the onion, wash it, and chop into cubes or any other convenient shape. The main thing is that it should not be cut too large.

2. Finely chop the bacon (into thin strips). You can use either raw or smoked bacon.

3. Sauté the onion in a small amount of oil until translucent using the "Baking" or "Frying" setting. Add the bacon and cook together for another minute.

4. Peel and wash the potatoes, then grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the moisture slightly and drain all the juice.

5. Crack the eggs into a suitable container and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth.

6. Grate the cheese. In a single container, combine the grated potatoes, eggs, cheese, spices, and hot cream. Add the fried onion with bacon and mix thoroughly.
