Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. We'll make a potato babka in the oven at home. For the filling, I use pork fat with onions. In theory, the fat can be replaced with mushrooms or minced meat—it's up to you. Serve the cooked potato babka hot, always with sour cream. Good luck! The finished dish can now be served.

    Grate the potato on a fine grater. Squeeze it to remove the liquid (we will need this liquid later).
