
Potato babka
Description

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy and golden brown. Set aside on a paper towel. Drain most of the bacon fat, leaving about 1+1/2 tablespoons, then sauté the onion until golden, seasoning with salt.

Add the egg, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion, and bacon. Grease the molds with butter and fill them with the potato mixture. Alternatively, everything can be baked in one large deep dish. Bake for 20–30 minutes.
