Baked potatoes in beer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Beer-baked potatoes are a variation of the well-known "fries"—I'd say, a festive version. You can season the potatoes with more vibrant spices or rub them with garlic before baking. Beer-baked potatoes make an excellent side dish, but you can also serve them simply with vegetables. If you bake the potatoes in beer not at 220 degrees, but at 180 degrees, and cover them with foil at first, you'll get a softer, less crispy result. Good luck, and serve hot.
