The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's quite difficult to cook potatoes in an original way without adding meat, mushrooms, or vegetables. But today I'll share with you my signature recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the potatoes and rinse them thoroughly, then slice them thinly.

Prepare the sauce. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with sour cream. Don't forget to add salt.
