Baked potatoes with mushrooms and cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any mushrooms for this dish; I used champignons. Cream cheese will add softness and tenderness to the filling. If you'd like a crispy top, sprinkle the potato with grated hard cheese. Garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs. Good luck! Serve hot.

Step 1

Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins until cooked. Then cool and cut them in half. Carefully, using a spoon, remove the flesh, creating hollows in the potato halves. We will use the flesh later.

Step 2

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and sauté in vegetable oil (about 7-8 minutes). Season with salt to taste.
