Potatoes in cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This potato dish is simply too good to serve just as a side— it's that delicious! It's also quite filling, so I prefer serving it without meat, just with a light salad of fresh vegetables. As an alternative, you could pair the potatoes with steamed fish (preferably salmon)—that would be truly delicious! Anyway, I'm sure that once you try it, you'll love it. Serve hot.
