Potatoes in foil with cheese

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Indeed, fried, boiled, stewed, and other forms of potatoes can become quite tiresome over winter. That's when it's time to try this recipe for potatoes baked in foil with cheese—the taste, aroma, and appearance of this dish can make even those who have grown weary of potatoes fall in love with them again. The unusual presentation, served right in little foil "nests," delights children, while the soft, mashed-potato-like consistency makes foil-baked potatoes with cheese an excellent side dish for any meat or fish. I personally love eating it on its own—with a drop of homemade tomato sauce and a small glass of something. Serve hot.
