Description
The recipe won't take much time. The "in a headscarf" potato recipe requires minimal effort and can be served either as a side dish or on its own. The side dish may seem simple and unexciting, but it actually turns out very tasty, and the aroma is wonderful! Potatoes prepared this way are delicious. Serve hot.

Prepare all the vegetables, thoroughly wash the potatoes and dry them.

Slice the potatoes into 0.7 cm thick rounds.

Slice the onion and separate into rings.

In a bowl, mix the potatoes with the oil and onion, then sprinkle with thyme and salt. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, placing them close together.
