Description

The recipe won't take much time. Potatoes stewed in a pot take about an hour to cook, then turn off the oven and let them stand in the pot for another twenty minutes. You can serve the stewed potatoes directly in the pot. When pouring milk over raw potatoes, fill the pot with milk up to two-thirds of its height, as the milk may boil over during baking.
