
Stewed potatoes with ribs

Wash the pork ribs and cut them into pieces.

Sear the ribs in vegetable oil until half-cooked, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into cubes.

We also wash the carrots and cut them into cubes or grate them on a grater. We cut the onion into half-rings.

Mix the potatoes with the ribs, add a little water, and place on the stove.
