Potatoes with olives
Description
A very simple and delicious side dish made from the familiar potato. Serve it hot with a vegetable salad or vegetables, with meat or fish. Be careful: if the olives are salty, don't over-salt the potatoes—adjust accordingly. You can prepare a separate sauce from sour cream or a tomato salsa.
