
Potatoes with lemon
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's a wonderful and original dish. Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel and cut them into large slices. While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the dressing. Lightly whisk olive oil with fresh lemon juice using a whisk, then add chopped parsley and garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and mix well. Place the potatoes into a pot, add the dressing, cover with a lid, and shake well. Let it sit for about 20 minutes to absorb the flavors, then serve. The ready dish can be served at the table.
