
Potatoes with mushrooms in pots

But if you're not afraid of gaining a few pounds, try sautéing the potatoes and mushrooms with onions in a small amount of vegetable oil before placing them into the pots. It will taste even better. The dish is now ready to be served.

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and slice into rounds about 0.5 centimeter thick.

Wash, dry, and chop the mushrooms quite coarsely.

Chop the onion.
