Baked potatoes with mushrooms in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A great advantage of baked potatoes with mushrooms is that you can prepare it any time of the year, using fresh, dried, or even marinated mushrooms. It turns out delicious in any version! :) Of course, avid meat-lovers might consider serving this dish as a side, but I wouldn't recommend it—firstly, potatoes with mushrooms are wonderful on their own, and secondly, you'll end up with too many calories. It's quite a filling casserole, so in my opinion, the best accompaniment would be a salad of fresh or pickled vegetables. Well then, would you like to find out? Serve hot.
