Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the meat. Take steaks, preferably veal, and thoroughly tenderize them with a meat mallet. Sprinkle with spices and salt, giving the meat a sort of "massage" to help it marinate well. Then heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and sear the steaks on both sides until fully cooked, with no blood remaining inside. Remove the steaks from the heat onto a plate and cover with a lid.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and wash them. Then slice them into small rounds. Fry the potatoes in a heated skillet with vegetable oil (use enough oil) until golden brown and fully cooked, but be careful not to burn them.
- 3
Step 3

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut them into small squares. Fry them in a pan with odorless sunflower oil until half-cooked. If desired, you can add finely chopped onion to the mushrooms, which will enhance their flavor and aroma.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the mushrooms with heavy cream and reduce the heat to a minimum. When the cream comes to a boil, simmer for a few minutes until it begins to thicken. Add salt and spices to taste, and mix everything thoroughly.
- 5
Step 5

Take parchment paper or baking paper, cut it into four equal pieces so that each piece is approximately forty by twenty centimeters. Place a steak and a portion of fried potatoes on each piece.
- 6
Step 6

Now place the mushrooms stewed in cream on top of the potatoes. They should not be too moist, so the dish doesn't become watery during baking.
- 7
Step 7

Wrap the dish in parchment paper to form little packets. Place them in an ovenproof dish or on a baking sheet and bake for forty minutes at 190 degrees in the oven.
