
Potatoes with mushrooms
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Serve it garnished with whole rosemary leaves. If you have a small piece of cheese, grate it finely and sprinkle on top—it will be very delicious. As for the type of cheese, Parmesan is ideal. Serve this potato dish either as a standalone vegetarian dish or as a side to meat or fish. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Peel the potatoes, slice them, and boil in salted water until cooked (about 25 minutes).

Drain the water from the potatoes, add butter and pour in the milk. Place over low heat until the milk boils.

Then, using a pestle, make a smooth, homogeneous puree. Add a little salt.

Sauté canned (or boiled) chanterelles in vegetable oil until lightly golden. If desired, add some minced garlic.

Then add the chanterelles together with the oil they were fried in to the potatoes. Tear a couple of rosemary leaves into small pieces. Mix everything.
