
Baked potatoes with bacon and cheese
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The recipe is very simple. For the filling, you can use not only cheese and bacon, but also herbs, peppers, sausages, eggs, and other ingredients. Serve this potato dish hot or warm. You can prepare an additional sauce if you find the dish too dry. This makes an excellent appetizer. The finished dish is ready to be served.

1. Thoroughly wash the potatoes, dry them, and prick them with a fork. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, put the sheet in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake for 40–45 minutes.

3. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it becomes crispy and dark brown. Place the fried bacon on a paper towel.

4. In a small bowl, mix vegetable oil, garlic powder, and paprika. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, rinse and chop the green onion.
