Potato with pineapple

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Slice the potatoes thinly crosswise, then spread each slice with butter, sprinkle with chopped green onions and previously prepared spices. Place everything into an ovenproof dish, pour in about 100 g of water, and bake for about 40 minutes at 200°C. To make the sauce, slice both types of onion into rings, cut the pineapple into cubes, and slice the sausage. Sauté all ingredients in oil for about 3 minutes. Pour in broth and simmer for another 3 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Add adjika, curry, and sour cream to the mixture. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and drizzled with the pineapple sauce.
