Potato under a fur coat

Description

This dish, of course, has nothing to do with herring under a fur coat, but that doesn't make it any less delicious. Men are absolutely thrilled with it: crispy golden fried potatoes, fragrant bacon, and a delicious cheesy crust—paired with a shot of chilled homemade liquor, it's simply fantastic! :) I want to honestly warn ladies—this "potato under a fur coat" recipe isn't for those trying to lose weight, as this dish is very high in calories. But if you don't suffer from "excess figure," go ahead and cook it, enjoying every bite! :)
