Boiled potatoes with mushrooms
Description
In this case, the dish uses chanterelles, but traditional mushrooms, for example, will work well too. By the way, sour cream is more of an additional ingredient—you can simply sauté the mushrooms with onions and serve them with potatoes. This dish is perfect for lunch or dinner, so I highly recommend adding this recipe to your collection.
