Boiled potatoes

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Boiled potatoes are the simplest and most common side dish in Russia. Salt the water at the very beginning of cooking. Preparation: Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into pieces. Place in a saucepan, cover with cold water, add salt and cook until done. Potatoes should be easily pierced with a knife. Drain the water and dry the potatoes over low heat. Drizzle with melted butter and serve. If desired, sprinkle the dish with chopped dill. Serve hot.
