
Potatoes as a side dish in a multicooker
Description
Preparing potato side dish in a multicooker is incredibly easy. It requires minimal effort and time, and in return you get a delicious, satisfying side dish. I cooked the potatoes in a Redmond multicooker, but I'm sure that preparing this dish in any other multicooker will be just as effortless. Place the onion, cut into half-rings, at the bottom of the multivark bowl, and sprinkle with spices.

On top, place potato sliced into wedges (or cubes, or rounds). Drizzle the potato with mayonnaise and vegetable oil, season with salt and add spices.

Select the "Stewing" mode (product type - vegetables). Set the timer for 30 minutes. After the program ends, turn off the multicooker. The potatoes are ready!
