Stuffed potatoes with minced meat
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Stuffed potato with minced meat is easy to make, especially if you have a special device for "making holes in potatoes." However, with a little practice, a small knife works just as well. Optionally, at the end of cooking, you can place a piece of yellow cheese on top of each potato. It will make the dish even more delicious and filling. Serve the stuffed potatoes individually with sour cream and chopped herbs. This dish is perfect for a festive table. The finished dish can now be served.

2. Place the ground meat (beef, pork, chicken, or a mixture of beef and pork) into a bowl. Add the egg, spices, salt, and pepper. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. You can add the raw chopped onion directly to the meat mixture, or first sauté it in vegetable oil until translucent. Mix well, then use the prepared meat mixture to stuff the potatoes.
