Stuffed potatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Young potatoes are great because they're slightly easier to bake, especially if you use a roasting bag. I strongly recommend using onion for stuffing—it will release its juice into the potatoes, making them much more delicious and aromatic. You can use either dill or parsley as the fresh herbs. Additionally, you can sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese and put it back in the oven for a few more minutes, or serve it hot alongside meat at a festive table with sauce.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Slice the tomatoes and onion into half-rings. Chop the dill and young garlic with a knife, mix together, then add vegetable oil and salt to taste.

Step 2

2. Wash the young potatoes and, without peeling, make deep cuts without cutting all the way through, so that the potato ends up looking like an accordion.

Step 3

3. Fill the potatoes with sliced tomatoes, onion, and herbs, alternating the filling. Place the potatoes in a baking bag and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour, or until done.

Step 4

4. At the end of cooking, cut open the packet and brush the potatoes with vegetable oil or sour cream.
