Octopus carpaccio
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Generally, the classic octopus carpaccio requires a long marination of tentacles in oil and wine, served with fresh vegetables. But, to be honest, I never dared to eat such an unusual dish completely raw. So I'll share how I prepare octopus carpaccio at home, and I hope you'll like my version. Serve it warm.
