Carp baked in the oven in pieces
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Honestly, I serve this carp, baked in the oven in pieces, right on the baking sheet. This fish is quite fatty, so it releases a lot of juice during cooking. The juice seeps into the potatoes along with lemon juice, sour cream, and spices... It's delicious—give it a try. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Place the fish pieces on top. Carefully remove all bones and scales from the carp, then also rub it with salt and spices. Layer the fish with onions.

Step 2

2. Next, place the tomato pieces (I recommend scalding them first and removing the skins). Drizzle with lemon juice and sour cream. Top with pieces of pepper.

Step 3

3. Bake this beauty for at least 40 minutes. The carp will quickly become tender, but make sure all the potatoes are cooked through and not left raw.

Step 4

4. Arrange the potatoes and carp beautifully on a plate together with the remaining vegetables, drizzle with the juice released during baking, and serve!
