Carp in sour cream baked in the oven

   1. Wash the fish and clean if necessary. Remove heads and tails. Make cuts. Peel the onion and place it inside the fish cavity. Season with salt to taste and pepper if desired.

   2. Coat the carp with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.

   3. Carefully place into the roasting bag and transfer to a heatproof dish. Put into a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about half an hour until cooked through.
