Carp in a multicooker
Description
Baked carp is delicious both hot and cold. It goes well with any side dish, vegetables, or pickles. Onion and dill help eliminate the muddy flavor. The larger the carp, the fewer small bones it has. However, don't take a very large one, as it won't fit in the multicooker. If desired, you can add a few lemon slices into the cavity.
