Carp baked in the oven in foil
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. River fish is bony, but no less delicious for that. And if you happen to get fresh fish, it would be a sin not to bake it. For cooking carp in the oven wrapped in foil, young potatoes are best. If you don't have them on hand, old potatoes will work too. You can even add more vegetables—carrots or tomatoes. Don't forget to salt the fish well and be sure to use fish spices. Check out the recipe. The finished dish can now be served.
