Carp with mushrooms baked in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's not recommended to use a large carp; it should fit on a frying pan. I used oyster mushrooms, but button mushrooms will work as well. Thanks to frying and baking in the oven, the carp turns out tender, soft, and juicy. Serve hot.
