Carp with buckwheat in the oven
Description
If desired, you can add to the grain onions sautéed with carrots or mushrooms. But I think that buckwheat is quite sufficient in this dish. During baking, you can cover the fish with foil if it starts browning too much but isn't fully cooked yet.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the fish, clean it, and pat it dry slightly.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the buckwheat, pour two glasses of water over it, and place over heat. After boiling, add salt and cook over medium heat until done.
- 3
Step 3

Salt the carp and rub spices on all sides.
- 4
Step 4

Add a little sour cream or mayonnaise.
- 5
Step 5

Place the fish on a baking sheet. Grease the foil with a small amount of oil.
- 6
Step 6

Place the buckwheat inside the fish. Put the remaining buckwheat alongside. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- 7
Step 7

Bake for about 45-55 minutes until done (time depends on the size of the fish).

Step 8

Done.
