Carp on a potato bed
Description
Nothing is easier than preparing carp on a bed of potatoes in the oven. The hardest part is cleaning the fish, but you can have it cleaned when purchasing, or buy mirror carp, like I did. The rest is just technique and will take 15-20 minutes; the oven will do the rest. The larger the carp, the fewer small bones it has, and the juicier and tastier the dish turns out.
