Carp fried in pieces
Description
This simple recipe for fried carp in pieces will definitely come in handy someday, so be sure to save it. Cooking carp can be tricky, as you need to emphasize that it's a special fish, not just a giant crucian carp. That's why I prefer experimenting with sauces. This sauce, thanks to the curry, turned out unique and perfectly highlighted the fish's flavor. Do give it a try.

Step 1

1. Thoroughly remove all bones and scales from the fish. Wash, dry, and rub with spices and salt. I chose salt and curry, but you can use any seasonings. Let the fish sit for 15 minutes.
