Grilled lamb rack
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Everything is quite simple, and I'm sure you'll be able to easily cook a truly delicious and festive lamb dinner for your family right the first time. Let the meat marinate well in the sauce, and don't skimp on the sauce while roasting—it helps create a caramelized crust that seals in the meat's juices, keeping it very tender and flavorful. Give it a try. The dish is ready to be served.

Step 1

1. For now, rub the meat with salt and pepper, and let it sit for at least 15–20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: mix honey, pomegranate juice, oil, cumin, cinnamon, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil over low heat. The honey should melt, and the sauce will thicken.

Step 4

4. That's it! I like my meat medium, so I cooked it for 12 minutes at 120 degrees (I have an electric grill with adjustable temperature). But you adjust according to your taste. Good luck!
