Lamb rack
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can cook the rack of lamb whole, but most people prefer to separate it into individual "chops." It goes perfectly with noodles, buckwheat, and roasted vegetables. I suggest a very tasty way of preparing lamb rack with young potatoes and lentils. The flavor of the finished dish will surely surprise you. The recipe is very simple, and the cooking time is almost unnoticeable. The dish is ready to be served.
