Bacon Carbonara

Description

Carbonara with bacon is a very hearty dish. The tomatoes will refresh it and add a tangy note to the creamy flavor. It's best to choose fettuccine or spaghetti for the pasta. Pancetta can be replaced with your favorite bacon. Parmesan is, of course, essential for this dish, but if you don't happen to have it on hand, you can substitute it with another hard cheese.

    1. Put water on for the pasta. Salt it and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Cut the bacon into strips. Wash the tomatoes and place them on a baking sheet, then put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
