The recipe won't take much time. If you're a fan of Italian cuisine and collect its recipes, this one is for you. Prepare traditional creamless carbonara pasta. I had the chance to taste this kind of pasta in rural Italy, in Umbria, in the town of Assisi, at a small restaurant on the main city square. The result is very authentic. Check out the step-by-step recipe and enjoy simple yet delicious Italian cooking. Serve hot.
