Carp in sour cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You need to clean the fish from scales, remove gills and innards. Then cut off the fins and tail, rinse under running water, and pat dry with paper towels. Don't worry about the numerous bones in crucian carp. After frying and subsequent stewing, you won't feel a single bone. Serve the finished dish at the table.
